let_it_be_3D

With let_it_be_3D we try to simplify 2D to 3D conversion of animal tracking data. This pipeline is designed to synchronize videos, track markers through deeplabcut and then use aniposelib to triangulate the 2D marker positions in 3 Dimensions.
